Gyu Don Recipe | 牛丼飯食譜



牛丼飯

材料:
醬油 Soya Sauce
味淋 Mirin
水    Water

奶油 Butter
牛肉 Sliced beer
洋蔥 Sliced onion
蛋     Egg
飯     Rice


1. 將一些醬油,一點水(稀釋醬油 讓它不會太鹹),少許的奶油,少許的味淋,加入鍋中. 調味料的份量不用太多,只有夠蓋過料就可以. 開中火至醬料滾.
2. 將洋蔥放入醬料中 煮至熟後, 加入牛肉片,拌一拌,牛肉快熟的時候,加入蛋,大概10至15秒後,把火關掉,將料留置鍋中一下(讓蛋稍微熟一點),然後把所要料鋪在飯上即可.

1. Add a little bit of soya sauce , some water to dilute it (so its not too salty), a little bit of butter, mirin into a boiling pot. We dont need too much of the sauce, just enough to cook all the ingredients is fine. (we only need a little bit of sauce, after you add all the beef, onions, and egg). Use medium heat, to boil the sauce.

2.  Add sliced onion into the sauce cook until its fully done, then add sliced beef and when its almost done add an egg in, cook for another 10-15 second, then turn off the heat. Leave the pot on the stove for around 2-3 min, then serve it over cooked rice.
