Guu's Kinoko Bibimba Recipe 起司海苔醬拌飯


每次去吃Guu我一定會點他的石鍋起司海苔醬拌飯(因為其實Guu主食也沒有很多選擇).
是一道很簡單但很好吃的飯喔. 但我有的時候想吃但又破產的時候就會自己做啦. 這是一道快速料裡~

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice 白飯
Mushroom 蘑菇
Shredded Cheese  起司絲
Seaweed Sauce 海苔醬
Sesame Oil 芝麻油
Soya sauce 醬油




Steps:
1. Wash and chop the mushroom into 1/4, remember do not make it too small because its going shrink a lot when you start cooking
2. Pour sesame oil into a pan, turn to medium-high heat, once the oil is heated add mushroom in and stir fried it for around 1-2 min (once the mushroom does not look like its raw outside)
3. Add rice into the pan then mix it well with mushroom, then add shredded cheese and a big scoop of seaweed sauce and a little of soya sauce, mix it well.
4. turn off the heat and let it sit for around 2 min then its served.

步驟:
1. 將洗好的蘑菇切成1/4, 不要切太小喔 因為蘑菇煮的時候會縮小很多
2. 加一些芝麻油到鍋子然後加熱 加入蘑菇炒大概1-2分鐘
3. 加入煮好的飯 然後炒一炒,炒完後加入起司絲和一大匙的海苔醬一點點的醬油,拌勻
4. 將火關掉放著 2分鐘 這樣才會有鍋巴
